Motor Mouth: Detroit show rocks to a green beat

Even on the hydrogen front, there is diversity of design. While most hydrogenpowered prototypes use fuel cells, BMW's Hydrogen7 pumps the lighter-than-air gas into a good old V12 piston engine.
