And now - the $10 PC per Child
FabLab and MIT have developed a Linux based solution where a $100 mainframe is wirelessly shared by twelve $10 thin clients. Each PC is the size of a large cell phone, and it can use a TV for it's display. The users can set up their own FabLabs and use distributed production to create smart devices for themselves.
