Chinese Search Engines & Music Download-The Debate Continues

Three global record companies Universal Music Ltd, Sony BMG Music Entertainment (Hong Kong) Ltd and Warner Music Hong Kong Ltd have pressed charges against the Chinese search engine Baidu yesterday for allowing access to pirated music files. Baidu has been accused of "deep linking" to illegal music files.
