The end is nigh : leading Valley execs coming to realization
This piece in the NY Times Sunday edition analyzes the implications of a Microsoft-Yahoo! merger. With one less acquisition target, companies whose sole exit strategy is "buyout" are headed for rough times. Even Max Levchin, CEO of Web 2.0 darling, Slide, warns that it's time to batten down the hatches.
