Improper joinder rulings, sanctions threats don't deter RIAA

In a recently unearthed decision, a federal judge told the RIAA that it was in violation of federal court rules for lumping unrelated Does into a single lawsuit in a recently unearthed decision. Despite the added costs of complying with that and other decisions, the labels are pressing on with their legal campaign.
